Meet Zach Heath
Heath Land Surveying was founded in 2024 by Zachary Heath, a Kentucky civil engineer with an eye for detail and a straightforward approach to client service. Zach holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University – a background that shapes how he approaches every survey: methodically, accurately, and with an engineer’s understanding of how today’s boundary lines affect tomorrow’s construction.
Based in Georgetown, Zach built his company on a simple idea: property owners deserve a surveyor who shows up when they say they will, explains things in plain language, and treats every project like it matters.
